Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin Sandwiches

The eggs stay surprisingly fluffy after just two minutes in the microwave, and the cheese gets properly melty without turning the muffin soggy. I grabbed a few boxes for hectic work weeks and now I’m actually looking forward to breakfast again.

I’m not usually a frozen breakfast person, but the toasty English muffin holds up perfectly after just a couple minutes in the toaster, and the sausage is savory without being greasy. This is my new go-to when I’m rushing out the door.

These have been my breakfast for the last month and they're just so easy. The cheese is actually melty and the sausage is savory enough that I don't even need hot sauce.
