Sandwich Croissant à la Saucisse de Dinde, Blanc d'Œuf et Fromage Delights

The turkey sausage has a nice smoky kick that balances out the egg white and cheese, and the croissant holds up surprisingly well in the microwave. I've been grabbing these on busy work mornings and they're ready in about two minutes flat.

The croissant stays flaky even after 45 seconds in the microwave, and the egg white part is actually fluffy instead of rubbery. Turkey sausage gives it enough flavor that I don't miss the regular pork version at all.
