These were gone in two days in my house, the combo of sweet pancakes and savory sausage bites is just perfect for a quick grab-and-go morning. Even microwaved, the pancakes stayed fluffy and the sausage had that nice maple kick without being too sugary.

The little pancakes stay surprisingly fluffy even after I heated them in the microwave, and the sausage bites have that nice maple sweetness that doesn’t overpower. Tossed a few into my kids’ lunchboxes cold too, and they still worked great.

The syrup-to-sausage ratio is spot on, and the pancakes taste like actual mini pancakes, not dry pucks. I heat them for 30 seconds and breakfast is done without any mess to clean up.
