Zesty Monterey & Bacon Protein Bowl

The shredded Monterey Jack melts into the eggs just right, and the zesty tomato seasoning gives it a kick that beats my usual boring breakfast. I microwaved it for two minutes and the bacon stayed crispy, which never happens with other bowls.

The zesty tomato seasoning really comes through and cuts the richness of the bacon and cheese perfectly. I popped it in the microwave for a quick lunch and the scrambled eggs stayed fluffy, not rubbery like some other protein bowls I've tried.

The shredded Monterey Jack melts into the scrambled eggs just right, and that zesty tomato seasoning gives it a nice kick without overpowering the bacon. Took it to work for lunch and it kept me full until dinner.
