Waffles Proteicos de Canela

The whole eggs in the batter make these taste way more like a real baked waffle than the usual protein-flavored cardboard, and the cinnamon comes through just right. They’re fully cooked so I just pop one in the toaster for a couple minutes and breakfast is sorted.

I've been grabbing these on busy mornings since I got them, and they're a solid fix for my sweet tooth without feeling like a cheat. The whole eggs give them a fluffy, cake-like texture that toasts up really nicely, and the real cinnamon comes through just right.

These things are dangerously convenient—pop one in the toaster and the kitchen smells like real cinnamon, not the fake stuff. The texture stays fluffy on the inside with a slightly crisp edge, and the whole eggs actually make them feel more filling than a regular waffle.
