The gravy is rich and peppery without being too heavy, and it coats the sausage and potatoes perfectly. I threw it in the microwave for the suggested time and it came out hot and creamy, a solid grab-and-go breakfast that actually fills me up until lunch.
The eggs and potatoes actually hold up in the microwave, no rubbery bits, and the cheese melts into the gravy nicely. It’s my go-to when I need something hearty but don’t want to wash a skillet.
The gravy-to-sausage ratio is spot on—enough to coat every bite of egg and potato without turning soupy. I threw it in the microwave for two minutes and the cheese melted right into the mix, which made the whole bowl taste like a diner breakfast I didn’t have to leave the house for.
